Did you ever ask yourself why, when you're angry and cursing, that the names of God and Jesus Christ always come up...why not the names of some Hindu gods, or your mother in law? Why would you curse the name of someone who lived a perfect life, and who displayed nothing but love and forgiveness for you? The Bible teaches that before you know and serve Jesus Christ, you are held in bondage to what is called a spirit of disobedience, so in other words, you're just "going with the flow" of sin!

When a person truly gets saved, they repent of their sins, call out to Jesus to forgive them, and then ask Jesus Christ to come into their hearts. They are then "born again"...out of the sinful into the flow of the Holy Spirit who now dwells within them. With the power of the Holy Spirit in you, you have power to choose to do what is right...where before you really had no choice at all.

Until Jesus Christ is more than just another swear word...you're missing out of knowing the most important person who can ever be known!
